الشحن
يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلب خلال مدة من يومين إلى 5 أيام عمل.
يتم تأكيد جميع الطلبات عبر الواتساب قبل الشحن.
بعد تأكيد الأوردر عبر الواتساب، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال
في حالة استلام المنتج تالفًا بسبب الشحن، يحق للعميل طلب استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ (Refund).
يجب التواصل خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع إرسال صور واضحة للمنتج التالف.
لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال لمنتجات العناية الشخصية بعد فتحها أو استخدامها حفاظًا على معايير الجودة والسلامة.

Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.
All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp before shipping.
Once the order is confirmed on WhatsApp, cancellation is not allowed.
Returns & Refunds
If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer is eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the damaged product.
Personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
